[BUG] Hang on wizard installer, "Moving SCT files..."

When setting up SCT, the installer wizard hangs on "Moving SCT files into installation directory". Clipboard-2

My wizard options: Clipboard-1 Then I set my install directory, and click Install. I see a command prompt window appear and disappear, then it's stuck as shown above until I kill the process.
