Project not found Windows Reference. I download dll but not add to project. Please Help me.

Do you mean that Visual Studio can't find Windows.winmd? I used Windows SDK 17763.

Here, The project could not find the reference window, I changed to framework 4.6.1.Does that affect it?

Same happened to me because I cloned it from the button in GitHub. Try cloning it with cmd/PowerShell like this:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/ADeltaX/AudioFlyout
