Lack of package file

Thanks a lot for your sharing. When i run the files in ...\projects\europe_wind_farm, it reported errors for lack of `utils.matplotlib_functions'. Having carefully checked your projection, there exist no 'matplotlib_functions'. Could you give me your precious time to address my concerns? Thanks again.
