[FEAT] Change the URL of the vault

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am always frustrated when I change the location of my vault for one reason or another and I can't change that in the app. I have to logout and lose any data that's not synced yet

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to change the server location

Describe alternatives you've considered using the official bitwarden client

There's no field to edit the location/domain name/IP address
