Failed to load data from couchdb server

My user was working fine last weekend but now i have this issue when i open acralyzer from the dashboard:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Object Not Found) http://[host]/acralyzer/org.couchdb.user:[myuser]

and if i list all my couchdb users with: $ curl http://localhost:5984/_users/_all_docs?startkey="org.couchdb.user"&include_docs=true

I can see my user perfectly. any suggestions?

In My Case THAT was when I had the https://github.com/ACRA/acralyzer/issues/105 Problem AFTER remover the Description field CouchDB entered In the process of indexing and began to return THAT Error To Finish.
