Remove original Splash Screen

Original splash screen needs to be removed from the application. The name of the files are android/app/src/main/res/drawable/splash_grad.xml and android/app/src/main/res/layout/splash.xml. Make sure to remove these files only, not the current implementation of SplashScreen in lib folder
