Enhancement: Add saved section

Saved section needs to be added to the application. This feature will allow the user to save any widget for later references. The save icon should be included on the right of the list tiles included in the Widget Catalog. An option to access the saved section should be present in the settings tab. Let me know if you have any doubts. Please attach a recording of the same once done.
