Improve formatting of PYG currency values

When PYG is selected as the fiat currency, numbers denominated in PYG need the following formatting improvements:

  • [ ] Drop the "cents".
  • [ ] Honor the respective thousands separator for the selected language (especially "." for Spanish and German).

iOS or Android ? On iOS this is already supported (just need to configure the language & region correctly in iOS settings).
