(android) Rework the send screen

This PR is the Android pendant of #629, which redesigned the Send screen to be less scanner-centric and gave more space for the contacts UI and other input methods. This update will be helpful for NFC support.

We also use the new SendManager class. The old MVI ScanController will be removed.

This description is a WIP.
