[Feature request] Allow users to create new contact by scanning their QR code

There is currently no way to just scan someone else's Bolt12 QR code and add them as a contact. I have to ask the contact to send me the offer in some other way, which adds unnecessary friction.

You can do that on Android : Settings > My contacts > +, and tap the QR code icon in the Offer input.

On iOS, you can't open the scanner from the Add contact screen, but maybe that can be fixed.

One workaround can be scanning the QR from the OS's camera app and copying the offer from there. For e.g. on iOS:
