Cannot open a channel to any non-acinq nodes on testnet

No matter what I try, I cannot open a connection to any nodes other than the ACINQ node. It fails with "failed to open channel:connection failed ...". I'm getting the nodes from the acinq explorer.

While I could pay at Starblocks, I haven't been able to transfer funds to an HTLC.me wallet, could that be related as well?

I just tried with yalls.org and it worked, can you try too ? Many people have opened nodes on testnet that are now dead, and many more were never reachable in the first place, and our explorer does not check that nodes are reachable, so unfortunately many of the nodes on testnet are not usable.

Thanks, connecting to yalls.org worked. However I still haven't managed to pay to anything but Starblocks. I'll open a separate issue for that.
