ACINQ channel forced closed after wallet recovery

On an old device I had a channel open with ACINQ. After restoring my Eclair wallet on a new device the ACINQ channel was force closed by remote peer. Channels should not be closed because a channel was restored onto a new device. force closed channel info.txt
