Forced file system backup

In the last application update 0.4.7, it become forced to give the application access to "access photos, media, and files on your device". Granting the application such access does not seem necessary, and by not granting access, the application should still function. In that case, the backup option would not be available, with an option to use another alternative. The release notes did not mention this and only mentioned "Added support for local channels backup".

Here is the rationale: we don't like enabling permissions in the app, and certainly don't like making it mandatory, but that's still 100x better than explaining users that they have lost their funds, because they have deleted or reinstalled the app (which people do without thinking twice, and without the app being able to warn them about consequences). Making this feature optional doesn't quite cut it, because it is already a safety net for those who have not enabled the optional gdrive backup.

Definitely a tradeoff, not an easy choice to make, but we stand by it. FWIW you can still verify that we don't use the permission for anything else than writing the backup.

There are alternative means to backup, that does not require granting storage access, however those options are not given. That is the issue.
