Allow for backups to file system

Similar to issue #126 if a user can save their encrypted channel backup to the device's file system this would be significant improvement than only Google Drive.

Not being able to backup channels (for users who don't appreciate USA / FVEY surveillance) is a major show stopping issue as not having a backup can lead to permanent bitcoin loss.

Hello,

I am currently working on supporting on-device channels backup, and this feature should be available in the near future. The idea is to support several options to backup lightning channels, including WebDAV as mentioned in #126.

Looks like the feature was added, however now it's forced on users, which requires media access.
