Steal focus

After sending a LN payment in mobile eclair wallet I was responding to a text in android when the payment failed, and the app stole focus from the texting. It would probably be best to be handled as a notification rather than moving you back into the app while you're typing in another one. (UI behavior like that is the Windows experience, not android /s )

The fact that the payment actually failed is an issue for another time, but I've been having failed payments lately and I think it's routing and the state of the network itself at the moment, as the payments are for between $12 and $30 and it appears to keep hitting underfunded channels. Atomic multipath can't come soon enough...
