UI hard to read due to tiny fonts

I installed the wallet at the Berlin Hackathon and managed to establish a couple of Lightning channels to buy some candies. Everything works fine but the UI might profit from some polishing:

• please use larger fonts - not all users have eagle style vision and the latest cellphone screen
• probably it is not necessary to show the entire hash - it is enough to be able to copy it into the clipboard or have it on the details page.
• allow to reconnect an offline channel connection. I have a rather flaky internet connection with the IP constantly changing. As in issue #73 the channel goes offline and doesn't come back

We are aware of this issue and we want to provide a long term solution which does not force the user to manually reconnect to a node by setting the new IP of the peer.
