Failed LN transaction succeds after successful retry of this payment (2. TX, via BTCPay QR)

1. I opened a LN channel ... success
2. I imported a BTCPay payment (QR)
3. The Transaction (#1) was some minutes in pending state and than failed.
4. I tryed again to import the BTCPay payment (QR)
5. Another LN Transaction (#2) was created and finished successful in seconds
6. But the previous failed one (#1) was also executed (success)
7. So i payed the double amount, what was not the plan.

Do you have 2 separate payment lines for that purchase in eclair wallet? Or is it the same payment, with the same payment request, that first failed and then succeeded?
