[Suggestion/Bug] Add an independent volume setting for game/world load sound

The game load sound ignores the game's volume setting but the world load sound doesn't, making me always hear the game load sound but not the world load sound (as my game's volume setting is pretty low) so a good "fix" and addition would be an independent volume setting for them.
