Chunk Gen Limit Toggle GregTech x Twilight Forest crash

Logs from players crashing on the server point to not-so-useful HBM most of the time:

crash-2023-11-12_16.39.58-client.txt.zip - From other users on server. Doesn't hold any useful information

latest.log.gz - Same user from above but .log. Reports blame HBM.

When B:"[1] Chunk Gen Limit Toggle" is set to true in the UniversalTweaks.cfg. In this private modpack, Entering a newly generated Twilight Forest causes a crash mainly blaming Gregtech: https://github.com/GregTechCEu/GregTech/issues/2161

Setting this value to false fixes the issue and players are allowed to enter The Twilight Forest in both the server and Single-player just fine.

Any ideas?
