[SUGGESTION] Convar to disable seat alias system.

Add a convar to disable the seat alias system It's really intrusive for non-combat builds, anything that uses no-collided chairs can become a death trap, the aliased seats push people around, behave unexpectedly.

Would love a convar, any option that simply disables the system outright.
