[SUGGESTION] Optional legal checks for chairs/pods

Short Description

Since chairs are one of the components that, despite not being ACF entities themselves, are vital to protect during combat, it'd make sense for them to also get the same treatment when it comes to legal checks than ACF entities. This would make sure pods can be hit by projectiles at all times.

Since it's a combat specific feature, it'd obviously have to be fully optional as some servers would see no use to it.
