Adding Darker Average Line

Hello, Is there a way to add a darker average line for the multi-paired two group plot?

Hi @benjaminwnelson ,

Are you referring to connecting the mean of the "before" group with the mean of the "after" group with a thicker/darker line for the paired plots? eg https://i.stack.imgur.com/llhaw.jpg?

Currently there is no (easy?) way to do this. I can see how some might want this additional line in their paired plots, although I myself suspect it might be too cluttered in some cases. (Also, the actual paired difference, I would argue, is better depicted in the effect size axes as currently implemented.)

Happy to take a PR if you have some code to connect the paired means!
