I am pretty sure this was original file of that deleted repo; I accidently pressed discard commit on that original fork repo but I had downloaded it before pressing it. I am not sure which date it was last synced so I renamed original readme.md to readme_original.md and also added GitHub action that was originally in it. however, GitHub actions seems to be failing on run when I tried on my fork repo as I am not much aware of GitHub actions so don't know how to fix it. I am not sure about branch changes as it is on material-you on yours and apps-list branch on mine so feel free to reject this PR.

Hey, i just made a new fork of the original (material you apps) repository (thanks to your file). I'm hoping to regularly update, I'm not that good at markdown so there may be some mistakes you can tell me to fix.
