Code maintanance propositions

Just some ideas how to improve code maintainability

• refactor code (variable names) from Spanish to English, enhances the comprehension of what's going on in the code
• better functions documentation (saves dev's time, improves maintainability)
• revise the code for possible optimizations https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Code_Optimisation
• consider moving functions from root dir to function library https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Functions_Library_(Arma_3)

I dont see any problem there :) Do you know how many coders have impoved their spanish thanks to Antistasi?
