[MP] Join in Progress - mission markers old issue

This is happening since before 1.0 never found a proper way to fix it

At some point of multiplayer session, players might experience not showing mission marker on map and then beeing unable to complete part of them (checking the Journal generally tell the location tho) on their own and has to ask other players.

The appearence of this JiP is that mission autofail at start, while in reality those are running correctly.

Regardless noone has an idea how to workaround... i was wondering this:

• Add a map indicator like the one we draw when doubleclick with mission name + time indication
• Make the marker disappear when mission fail.
