JAGS Static AA retrived by garage

That static can't be moved anymore with "move this asset" function around HQ. Thanks Acreen for reporting

Thing is that any static bought (by $) or stored/retrieved is not moved by "move this asset". Lighter assets (MGs, mortars) are moved with ACE [Carry/Drag]menu. That menu is not applied to heavy AA two seat gun. Hmm. Need to check how it works with vanilla ARMA (no ACE movement). Assemble/Disassemble maybe for lighter assets?

Basically before JAGS you had a fixed time after retriving a static weapon from garage, within that time you could move asset like you do with the caja (arsenal). Since now we don't have anymore the old garage that function is missing. This is indeed a problem for RHS static AA.
