TK FNC Translation and fix

Changed the TK function to use english and add a set damage as players would sometimes become god in testing.

Also We talked about this Bab about the use of spanish variables... Sigh let me extend a olive branch and we can work together to make a better version thats easier for people to work with.

You may want to update your gitignore to include .vscode. You've pushed personal stuff, and you've also included patches from other pull requests ie: "A3-Antistasi/initPlayerLocal.sqf"
