-Added Mission Params in Description.ext -Added Global value of time multiplier in initServer.sqf -Made changes on duration values accross the board. -Time Acceleration is at "1x" by default, have the options of 1,2,3,4,5,6x.

Hi!

Changing the time pace of the mission is the kind of core thing I don't want to implement without heavy testing. You made a fantastic job but I still miss some other scripts which should be affected.

I explained several times this kind of changes require my approval to avoid situations like the ones we suffered in the past.

So we won't merge it until everything is checked. Which will be after other bugfixes and programed improvements are done.
