Understand label in ICT-MMMO

Hello, i was wondering about the labels in the ICT-MMMO dataset. Since it us a binary classification with positive or negative sentiment, why does the label goes until 5? and also has some intermediate labels like 4.5, 2.5 and so one. It is also not hot encoded? I was expecting something like [1,0], or [0,1] as label like in the YOUTUBE dataset
