Yet another dataset issue
Hello, Very nice work! A few problem though :(
- Seems like even though there are picture files within the repo, they are all empty (130 bytes).
- A similar thing with model file - its also empty, thought by the format seems it should be a pickle file?
I am really interested in the approach and would like to replicate for my hometown :) Could you please look into it?
Hi , It is really common that within the dataset are pictures with the empty size because I found the dataset on the Internet.
If you want to use the trained model , you have to use the the pickle file.

Ok, great! Could you add a link to where the dataset can be found then inside readme?
Yeah I see the model dile is not empty. My bad.
Hello thanks for the probs, and sorry for my late reaction, I am not used to people reacting on my work on github. For the data, my first question is: In which country do you live?
Why exactly you would need my location? I'm cautious on sharing details openly online (like everyone should be). A2Amir mentioned that the dataset he found available online somewhere. Anyway, how are even you related to this project? A2Amir seems to be the repo owner.
I am looking around projects with aerial image + deep learning and find this project. two comments from me:
- it seems the lfs data quota from @A2Amir or from this repository is exceeded, and it would be the reason that data/ folder can not be cloned/pull properly.
- It should be encouraged to cite and credit the dataset source.
please provide the link for the dataset
Hello, is there anyone who already found the link to the dataset and could provide me with it?

Hi,
Can you provide a link for the given dataset?
lfs fetch --all
fetch: 54 objects found, done.
fetch: Fetching all references...
batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.
error: failed to fetch some objects from 'https://github.com/A2Amir/Counting-Trees-using-Satellite-Images.git/info/lfs'
