To be precise, I am not sure there *ever* was a stable module name in any of the published jars. Version 2.10.3 doesn't declare a stable module name either.

I can confirm this bug with LibertyBans' command aliases. Command registration fails to have effect after the startup process. Command **unregistration** also fails. Unregistering a command has no effect, either.
