[Feature Request]: Add a way to check if player is banned without registering their IP addres for cracked networks.

Description

Running LibertyBans in the proxy of a cracked server makes that when a player is trying to join with another player account, which is already registered, the ip address of the player will be assigned to the victim account, even if the player doesn't success answering the password.

That can be easily fixed by installing LibertyBans in the backend servers. The problem comes with the auth/limbo servers where cracked players do the login before connecting to the lobby. If you don't install LibertyBans in the auth server, your cracked players will still be able to join your network even if they are banned, but they will get stuck at the auth server because the connection isn't handled by the proxy.

So, the solution for this problem is finding a way to check if the player is banned before connecting to the auth server.
