Add additional parts to an existing SheetPlacement

Currently it's only possible to move parts on an existing SheetPlacement around. To add additional parts I'm going in and modifying the SheetPlacement directly to add additional parts to the sheet then loading the editor to place it. The ability to add additional parts via the UI would be great.
