Replace the GeneticAlgorithm with https://github.com/giacomelli/GeneticSharp

When I started the refactor one of the goals was to try to replace the Genetic Algorithm SvgNest had implemented with GeneticSharp. The refactor took me a long way towards being able to, but diminishing returns I compromised with what's proven to be good enough for now... but it'd be great to be able to leverage the more advanced GeneticSharp variations...

Dunno what you want to accomplish. As I can see, GenericSharp has more convenient abstractions to control evolution flow, but it didn't abstract mass extinction case. I could exchange experience with fitting GAs, cause I had it on my Bachelors way, but at this point of engagement, I only would say, rewriting interfaces could be very absorbing, and could shadow the possibile outcome benefits.
