Since 3.5.0 i get a notification of blocked apps in the notification bar, altough i checked the "disable log notification" box for some apps. In my example i get this...

Finnair (Flight Booking App) Version 1.37.0 The app cannot be used. Booking flights is not possible. The app wants to check the internet connection.
