Hotswap Keyword Additions

In the tools current state, a user must restart the service if they would like to add a new keyword. This is not much of a problem if running manually, but assuming a user wants to script the addition of keywords, it becomes sightly annoying.

Potential Solutions:

• Daemonize the service to make restarting a natural behavior
• Create an observer that polls for new keywords
