Calling drop_packed

Drop_packed has hardcoded directories and registers a special shutdown handler. FPDF sometimes crashes with a fatal error causing PHP to end without processing anything else. To keep the processing going the file that causes the failure is removed so that when the script is called again it will continue to process.
