As a developer I want to have common set of labels over all my projects.

soooo :) second PR for this issue is up - both PRs (#22 & #23 ) works independently - both Branches are from master - maybe there will be merge-conflicts when one of them makes his way in the master - we will see :)

@charithsoori I looked into it, but I haven't implement an own command for this - it's just a question during the 'process' should we change this, to start the cli with a specific command for every feature?
