Try `default` if config doesn't exist for the current hostname

If the user hasn't explicitly given a `--hostname` and no configuration exists for their host, we should try `default`. Maybe allow opting out of per-host configuration entirely.

It would be nice if we were compatible with `home-manager` modules.

- You can provide a program or programs to run (in your home directory). - Like uh `home-manager switch` haha. - Or `topgrade`. - Or `rcup`.

We should document the Nix library functions. Maybe even documentation generation, is there a good Nix docgen program?

We should have integration tests.
