In the ACL create/edit form the form fields and descripton have different widths and are therefore misalligned.
The old screenshots are made with NetBox v2. New Screenshots with version NetBox v3 are needed.
This plugin looks great in that it can support a variety of vendors and standardise ACL management. Some key additions would be Version Control / Planned Changes / Diffs /...
