[RFC] [morty] Run Xserver as user

Do not merge.

This dance goes to the same tune of Weston's run-as-systemd-user-session. There are two caveats:

1. user linaro needs to be a part of group input, and
2. /usr/bin/resize refuses to cooperate within Xsession.

Needs further investigation.
