tb-96aiot: getting-started: Cannot disconnect S14 and S15

The getting started guide requires settings that cannot be achieved.

For example: All switch on S1,S2,S6,S7 ,S10,S11,S12,S14,S15, config to disconnect

The terminology used in the base board documentation is "off" (e.g. switch off means no connection) so it is odd to use a different terminology in this document.

Additionally S14 and S15 have no off position.
