Basically during the mania of the builds.96boards.org close down I did a grep over the tree and this document came up as having out-of-date links.

I think this document needs to be turned into a markdown file, so that it can be changed more easily when needed.

There does not appear to be any wording in the document which would prevent us from doing this.
