Feature Request: Reference the BOT directly by Matrix User ID

Is it possible to also reference the BOT directly by its matrix user id and not only by using a command_prefix? Thank you and more power to the project!

Is it possible to reference or mention the BOT's matrix User ID aside from using the usual command_prefix? E.g. on this example, invoking the help command.
