Dismissing an item from the summary scrolls to the bottom of the screen

Describe the bug

When I swipe to dismiss an item from the summary, the list gets scrolled to the bottom. Always. This was not a problem when I only had 1 or two items but now when I get 10+ it is very annoying

Steps to reproduce

1. Tap show on summary (must have more than 10 items on the list from various apps)
2. Swipe right the top item to dismiss it
3. The whole list of un-dismissed items is automatically scrolled to the very bottom

If Gmail items were listed at the very bottom, maybe this would have not been so annoying. But now I get Gmail items listed at the very top and some items I was t to check out later are at the bottom .

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?
