notifications on apps not disappearing

Describe the bug

Notifications on apps not disappearing even when I already cleared them on the motification area. Only solution ingot was restarting the launcher.

Steps to reproduce

1.receive notifcations. 2.clear notifications. 3.the notifs on the apps not disappearing.

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?
