Sometimes Beeper Notifications cant be dismissed

Describe the bug

Sometimes i cant swipe to dismiss the notifications from Beeper (a messaging App). Only the "dismiss all" works. The original notifications are not in the Android notification list anymore, since ive already read them. This only sometimes happens when there are multiple notifications.

Steps to reproduce

1 Get messeges via Beeper as normal 2 notice the notifications still in Niagara 3 try to swipe them away 4 fail and click the remove all button

Ok. I think this could be an issue with chat Bubbles.
