Right now, apps are suggested based on usage data. Which you don't know when the app you are using occasionally, and also don't want to be in your favourite, is exactly going to show up on home page. So my suggestion is to add an option to launcher to suggest apps based on recently launched time (like the kiss launcher), so when I tapped for example YouTube, instantly add it to the home page (instead of when you don't know when is gonna show up).
