When clicking the clock widget, do not chose clock app panel

Is your feature request related to a problem?

A small nit-pick, but one I hope makes sense: when I click the clock widget, the clock app always opens on the alarm clock panel. It is not obvious that is the most useful panel to open. (In fact, it often isn't, for me.)

Would it be possible to just open the clock app without chosing a panel, i.e. the panel the user was on previously?

(The default clock widget does this.)

Describe the solution you'd like

A click on the clock widget opens the clock app on the last visited panel.
