Easier way to change theme color

Describe the solution you'd like

Long-pressing the Niagara button just allows you to modify the tap and swipe actions. And you won't let us modify the long press action; at the very least, we should be able to change the appearance of the Niagara button (the theme color) by long pressing it. We should be able to modify the theme color option in the same way that we can change the individual app icons.
